About the Role
Box is looking for a technologist to join the Technology Consulting team to solve complex customer challenges through thought leadership and technical domain expertise. You will advise enterprises on application design, data migration, and system integration, working on challenging technical problems daily.
Responsibilities
- Advise an enterprise on how to design an application for a custom document vault.
- Help a customer migrate millions of files into Box.
- Advise an enterprise on how to best integrate Box into their custom CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical experience.
- 2+ years customer-facing experience, preferably in a consultative role.
- 2+ years of experience working with SaaS and Cloud technologies.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where ambiguity is common.
- Ability to speak effectively to both technical and non-technical parties.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle.
- Understanding of RESTful API design concepts.
- Experience with scripting against APIs.
