About the Role
Holland Bikes is seeking enthusiastic individuals to become tour guides. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. This role involves leading guests on bicycle tours, ensuring their safety and enjoyment while sharing knowledge about the city.
Responsibilities
- Study manuals and scripts to become an excellent tour guide.
- Lead groups of guests through traffic, ensuring safety and completeness.
- Moderate the group with a smile, even in stressful situations.
- Take photos and create lasting memories for guests.
Requirements
- Must enjoy and be proficient at cycling.
- Must be able to lead a group of guests through traffic.
- Must maintain group safety and completeness.
- Must possess amazing hospitality: a warm, welcoming demeanor, good listening skills, and the ability to 'read the room'.
- Must remain calm and moderate with a smile during stressful or chaotic situations.
- Must be an excellent moderator, always facing the group.
- Must be proud of your job and the memories created.
- Must be fluent in German.
- Must have the authorization to work in the United States without requiring a sponsor visa.
