About the Role

Peregrine is seeking a Solutions Enablement, Curriculum Developer to create and manage a system for understanding and applying customer use cases and personas. This role involves building a centralized library, providing ongoing training, and setting standards for positioning Peregrine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Use Case & Persona Enablement Framework and Library.
• Design and maintain a structured framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows.
• Define clear persona profiles based on customer workflows, pain points, and needs, mapping them to relevant use cases and demo paths.
• Maintain a centralized source of truth for vertical use cases and customer personas.
• Standardize templates and establish governance for content accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver ongoing enablement and training on vertical-specific solutions.
• Enable clear, persona-aware solution storytelling for sales teams.
• Build field-ready, on-demand sales enablement resources like guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to align personas with ICPs, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
• Incorporate field feedback from Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Define success metrics and iterate based on adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement (or related roles).
• Proven ability to build enablement systems from scratch, including use case and persona documentation, demo scripts, videos, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear, field-ready guidance.
• Experience facilitating live trainings and workshops that drive adoption and behavior change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and execution-focused.
• Experience in SaaS, B2G, or public safety environments is a plus.
• A builder mindset with a bias toward action and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces end to end.
• Willing to travel 25-35% of the time.
