About the Role

Alloy helps financial institutions outpace fraud and confidently serve more people globally. Over 700 of the world’s largest financial institutions and fintechs rely on Alloy to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk while gaining a clearer understanding of their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end sales strategies to generate and close net new sales opportunities with regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to expand Alloy adoption through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Collaborate with channel partners on account planning and co-selling.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on fraud and identity risk, and communicate Alloy's value proposition to address complex business and fraud challenges.
  • Identify key business needs through account research, including publicly available information, industry connections, and networking.
  • Develop a business and action-oriented point of view on the value Alloy will provide for each customer situation.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers and understand their specific priorities.
  • Develop a plan to prospect and build pipeline within an assigned territory.
  • Partner closely with solution engineering to showcase the full range of Alloy’s identity decisioning platform.
  • Present pricing, lead negotiations and contracting processes, and close deals in line with forecast.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, selling into banks and/or credit unions.
  • Fundamental understanding of the digital banking ecosystem.
  • Self-starter with the tenacity and curiosity to learn.
  • Exceptional research and planning skills / detail-oriented.
  • Strong networker and people connector.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales and strong discovery skills.
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate credibly across levels.
  • Travel is required.

Salary/Compensations

  • $130,000 - $160,000 on a 50/50 base + commission structure.
