About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and complete work accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines
- Maintain Availity database additions, changes, and verification requests
- Maintain provider/group demographic information and process updates accurately
- Participate in delegated credentialing projects and complete assigned special projects
- Resolve payer information requests in a timely manner
- Review provider/group demographic changes, identify credentialing concerns, and obtain additional information as needed
- Facilitate payer calls to address contracting or credentialing issues
- Train Specialists and support enrollment processes across dual markets
- Contribute to team efforts and complete additional duties as needed
Requirements
- 2–10 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Behavioral Health or Healthcare
- 1–5 years of credentialing experience preferred
- Delegated Credentialing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of CAQH attestations and processing
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Google Suite experience preferred
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally about past accomplishments
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay organized and effectively manage priorities
- Communicate proactively and regularly with the Credentialing Manager
- Be approachable, receptive to feedback, and open to learning
- Consistently meet deadlines and team goals
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and look for opportunities to improve processes
