About the Role

Under minimal supervision, this role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of digital solutions within the Operations organization, balancing user needs with IT requirements. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project solicitation and management, change management, solution testing, and KPI/report development. The role requires becoming a subject-matter expert in technology solutions and related business processes, including staying current with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains relationships with Operations management and users to ensure systems function as designed.
Develops in-depth knowledge of business processes to facilitate and prioritize improvements.
Establishes and maintains a cross-functional group for testing defects, enhancements, regression, and new releases/upgrades.
Determines necessary technology tools and ensures staff access and training.
Establishes collaboration mechanisms, including email groups and SharePoint sites, to aid in end-to-end process testing.
Coordinates with the IT team on release dates and code availability for testing.
Works with the business support group to write test scripts and identify regression scripts.
Assigns test scripts to the business support group and communicates completion timeframes.
Escalates testing failures to the IT team and coordinates retesting.
Approves test results and ensures documentation.
Partners with the IT team to develop and distribute end-user communication plans.
Collects user feedback post-release to identify and escalate new issues.
Available to work emergency storm assignments as required.
Available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.

Requirements

Knowledge of and experience with systems development methodologies and project management.
Knowledge of the applications development and support process.
Broad knowledge of technologies and technology issues, with experience in technology change management.
Must have a solid conceptual knowledge of Information Technology.

Salary/Compensations

$115,020.00-$127,800.00
