About the Role

As a Restaurant Server, you will play an essential role in ensuring members receive top-quality beverage and food service. You will provide support to team members and managers, handle daily setup and breakdown of the dining area, and maintain a presentable environment. Your superb hospitality skills will ensure members feel welcome and at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality beverage and food service to members.
• Support team members and managers with premium guest service offerings.
• Responsible for the daily setup and breakdown of the dining area.
• Ensure pantry, common areas, and the overall environment is presentable.
• Greet members upon entry and seat them at tables.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all food and beverage options, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Assist members with menu choices and answer questions.
• Report any member issues or concerns to management for prompt resolution.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working for a restaurant or in a serving position.
• Deep knowledge about wine, liquor, beer, and food service.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working for a club is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to present oneself in a clean and professional manner.
