About the Role
Join our consulting team to deliver high-impact solutions across risk, compliance, and operations transformation. You will work directly with clients to map compliance and operational processes, identify risks, design better processes, and leverage AI for improvements. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in technology and/or fintech, particularly in regulated environments, who are interested in AI's application to compliance.
Responsibilities
- Map and diagnose compliance and operational processes to pinpoint breakdowns or risks.
- Lead the design and implementation of improved frameworks, systems, and processes.
- Define data requirements and analyze performance trends across workflows.
- Evaluate processes to identify practical AI and automation use cases.
- Build business cases for AI use cases to reduce risk or improve efficiency.
- Lead client engagements, delivering high-quality workstreams and deliverables.
- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities for project delivery.
- Build strong client relationships and present insights and recommendations.
- Analyze client challenges using quantitative and qualitative approaches.
- Collaborate with and mentor team members on tools and methodologies.
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
- Drive thought leadership in AI for risk and compliance.
- Support proposal development and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead effective meetings with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably within technology or fintech environments.
- Experience supporting or delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory-related initiatives.
- Practical experience with AI adoption, workflow automation, or identifying AI use cases within a business or compliance context.
- Strong understanding of industry challenges within technology, fintech, or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A systems thinker who can see how a compliance process connects end to end and where risk or inefficiency creeps in.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, grounded in practical outcomes for risk and compliance work.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in client environments.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with evolving priorities.
- Ability to translate complex problems into structured, actionable solutions.
- Interest in growing into leadership responsibilities and contributing to team development.

- Senior Consultant Level: $130,600 - $135,700
