About the Role

Develops, edits, publishes, and maintains content for multiple Tribally owned and operated websites, email communications, and other digital platforms. Works closely with departments to share timely, accurate, and engaging information with Tribal members, employees, and the public. Key responsibilities include content writing and editing, email campaign development, and website content management. Requires strategic thinking, project management in a deadline-driven environment, and maintaining consistent messaging and voice across online channels.

Requirements

Must maintain a flexible work schedule including work assignments on nights and weekends.
No felony convictions or misdemeanors involving moral turpitude or issues of integrity.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to speak persuasively and handle difficult situations.
Strict proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Content Management Systems (Sitefinity, WordPress, etc.).
Proficiency in professional email marketing software (Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.).
Demonstrated experience with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, or other comparable software applications.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate creative ideas, evaluate solutions, and identify resulting consequences.
Ability to interact well with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
