About the Role

The Receiver is responsible for daily receiving operations, including managing deliveries, ensuring quality control, and organizing commissary storage according to DOH and HACCP standards. This role also involves maintaining receiving and waste logs.

Requirements

• Strong Computer Skills (Office, Excel, and CaterXpert preferred).
• Ability to work morning shift (approx. 8am-4pm).
• 7-day availability.
• Ability to read English.
• 1+ years of experience in receiving.
• Working knowledge of food ingredients.
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen, including food and beverage areas.
• Requires mobility, prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
