About the Role

As an Infusion Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient‑centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during their care.

Responsibilities

• Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care
• Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
• Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
• Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
• Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• IV certification and experience with central line management
• 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
• Willingness to travel locally to support patients
• Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training
• Consistently act in compliance with LUX Infusion’s legal, ethical, and compliance policies
• Adhere to all standards and procedures outlined in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual
• Refrain from any behavior that could be considered unethical or unlawful
• Support the organization’s mission, vision, and values by demonstrating integrity, dedication, compassion, and enthusiasm
• Place patients first, work collaboratively with a “stacked‑hands” mindset, and maintain a consistent focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple tasks effectively, and seek guidance when appropriate
• Assist directly - or coordinate appropriate assistance - to ensure access to LUX Infusion’s services for individuals with disabilities, including patients, visitors, employees, or others

Salary/Compensations

• $45—$50 USD
