VEG's Rotational Analyst Program is designed for curious, ambitious problem-solvers who want to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business by rotating across core teams. This program offers a launchpad for a career in the rapidly growing veterinary industry, challenging participants to tackle meaningful projects and discover their strengths.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a dynamic 24-month rotation program for comprehensive insights into the company and veterinary industry.
- Rotate through departments such as Real Estate, Operations, and Talent.
- Engage in meaningful initiatives across diverse business areas, gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact.
- Collaborate across VEG teams to encourage diverse perspectives and innovative problem-solving.
- Work alongside business and veterinary leaders to enhance interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Engage with and learn from senior executives within VEG.
- Develop technical, business, interpersonal, financial literacy, and operations skills through real-world applications and mentorship.
Requirements
- Must be an ambitious undergraduate student slated to complete a Bachelor’s degree by June 2027.
- Must be open to learning everywhere, supporting different teams, and gaining a holistic foundation for your career.
- Must have a genuine passion for meaningful missions and a desire to make a difference.
- Must thrive on problem-solving, interpreting industry trends, identifying improvements, and finding solutions.
- Must be ready to conquer challenges, both short and long term.
- Must be excited by the idea of boarding a rocketship in the rapidly growing, disruption-ready veterinary industry.
- Must be excited to work on-site at headquarters 4 days per week.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have prior experience (internships or previous employment) demonstrating practical application of key knowledge and skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage projects.
- Must have the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Must have basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have the desire and willingness to immerse yourself in VEG culture.
- Must have the ability to travel and spend time in veterinary hospital settings.
