About the Role

The JF Petroleum Group is a leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, providing comprehensive solutions for distribution, construction, and service. This role supports technicians by managing parts, processing warranties, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

• Determine technician needs for parts and supplies.
• Cross-reference parts availability within the company and arrange for ordering if necessary.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ship parts from other locations.
• Stage received parts for technicians and notify the Service Department.
• Transfer inventory to technicians' trucks.
• Collect cores and used parts for warranty repair or replacement.
• Complete WRMA forms for specific parts.
• Confirm VeriFone warranty repairs online.
• Ship parts to proper repair facilities and track shipments.
• Conduct quarterly inventory checks of technician vehicles.
• Scan and count all company-barcoded items.
• Evaluate inventory levels against previous figures with a supervisor.
• Organize and control stored materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Receive, label, and stock new inventory.
• Participate in annual physical inventory.
• Stage and mark customer materials, notifying relevant parties.
• Serve as backup for over-the-counter sales of materials to customers.
• Assist with checking in dispensers and noting damages or discrepancies.
• Load and unload freight trucks.
• Assist customers with equipment pickup.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General knowledge of warehouse and inventory control systems.
• Experience with cycle count activities, forklift operation, shipping, and receiving.
• Punctual with a strong attendance history.
• Must meet company employment requirements, including passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving.
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for 8-10 hours per day.
