About the Role

This role is responsible for designing and implementing systems, workflows, and knowledge infrastructure to increase the leverage, scalability, and effectiveness of the Legal team as the company scales. It involves learning business and legal operations, identifying friction and risk, and driving cross-functional projects. This is a builder’s role requiring strong technical and AI fluency, legal operations expertise, and a systems mindset.

Design and implement systems, workflows, and knowledge infrastructure.

Lead the evaluation and rollout of AI tools and legal technology.
Create structured playbooks and knowledge bases.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or program/project management within a legal or compliance function.
Demonstrated success in workflow automation or AI-enabled tooling.
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional written communication.

Ability to reason about system integrations.
Strong sense of ownership, judgment, and professional ethics.
