About the Role
The Task Team Outfitter assists in the operational functions and health of the retail store campus. This role focuses on reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters to enhance customer service and selling opportunities, primarily during non-peak hours. Opportunities to provide direct customer service are also available.
Responsibilities
- Conducts general replenishment for all retail departments.
- Supports inventory management through on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks.
- Performs price change execution, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustments.
- Executes recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
- Supports visual merchandising, including fixture updates, signage, floor moves, and mannequin dressing.
- Supports planogram execution and maintenance in hardlines departments.
- Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Requirements
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
- Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership regarding price changes and replenishment.
- Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Occasional sitting.
