About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty. You greet customers promptly and courteously, address their questions accurately, and provide exceptional service from start to finish. You maintain a positive attitude, promote the store and brand image, and adhere to the dress code.

Responsibilities

• Create the best possible customer experience.

• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions.
• Adhere to a dress code.
• Provide exceptional customer service to in-store customers and phone callers.
• Operate the cash register.
• Handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily.
• Ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock area and employee break area.
• Practice safety-consciousness.
• Respond to theft in accordance with policies.
• Report to work on time.
• Notify Store Manager in advance if late or absent.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
