About the Role
The Warehouse (WHS) & Logistics Clerk supports daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials and products to support production and customer orders.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company standards
- Generate and maintain shipping documentation
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits
- Record and track inventory movements in the system
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving issues
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support production needs by staging materials as required
Requirements
- 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, or Excel preferred)
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
