About the Role

The Warehouse (WHS) & Logistics Clerk supports daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials and products to support production and customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
  • Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company standards
  • Generate and maintain shipping documentation
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and audits
  • Record and track inventory movements in the system
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving issues
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support production needs by staging materials as required

Requirements

  • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, or Excel preferred)
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
