About the Role

The Associate will join the global Third Bridge Expert Network Compliance team to support the compliance requirements of the business across all international offices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client-specific processes, responding in a timely manner.
• Monitor active projects and experts to mitigate potential risks.
• Answer day-to-day compliance queries from business units and clients.
• Deliver compliance training to new and existing employees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures, and pre-agreed client-specific processes.
• Critically review clients’ compliance procedures to improve and implement them.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or relevant experience within compliance.
• Previous compliance experience within financial services is highly desirable but not essential.

• Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks and apply strategies or seek guidance to minimize them.
• Ability to prioritize competing goals and interests and manage time effectively.
