About the Role
Drive how new products and features are brought to market, ensuring clear positioning, compelling communication, and delivering impact for customers and growth for the company.
Responsibilities
- Own all product marketing material creation, including competitor overviews, product marketing slides, website content, social activation, and product demos.
- Create personas for different audiences based on market research and data.
- Develop message houses for product launches to ensure consistent messaging, communicate USPs, and appeal to the target audience.
- Present collateral to the sales team and answer related questions.
- Work with the Product Director to deliver training on new product launches for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the content team to deliver customer references, from beta launch testimonials to full video case studies.
- Create compelling and persuasive content with high attention to detail.
- Play a key role in product marketing cross-functional squads, collaborating with senior team members and ensuring other teams meet launch objectives.
- Coordinate with teams to set product launch timelines and work with marketing teams on rollout plans, paid media, and organic activation to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to identify detailed product features and understand customer benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the senior team to create pricing strategies.
- Analyze revenue from existing customers to determine how to make products sticky and drive adoption.
- Monitor product launch results and provide executive reports on lessons learned.
- Assist the leadership team with research into new product strategies and growth areas to expand the total addressable market.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a rapidly changing, growth environment.
- Demonstrable experience in creating product marketing materials (competitive overviews, sales slides, landing pages) with a portfolio/example of work.
- Experience in delivering product launches (new products, not just features).
- Ability to translate complex functionality into easy-to-understand messaging.
- Experience investigating new product growth opportunities (e.g., upsell, new market opportunities).
- Experience collaborating with senior members of staff.
- Experience in creating user personas and understanding their requirements.
- Ability to produce actionable insights from data.
- Enjoy working autonomously; be curious and a self-starter within a supportive environment.
