About the Role
Vega is seeking multi-disciplinary A players with experience from MBB or finance/investing to build a business from the ground up. This role will be part of the CEO Office, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth, and will focus on the company's highest strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Context-switch across strategy, go-to-market, operations, external comms, special projects, and investor relations
- Be handed projects from Day 1, including representing Vega externally
- Sit in the CEO Office, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Growth
- Work closely with the Product & Growth and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in MBB or finance/investing at a Tier 1 institution
- High standards of excellence for oneself
- Risk tolerance and ambition to go beyond the comfort zone and structure of a larger institution
- Low ego, and a willingness to get stuck in
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to think and explain complex concepts and communicate them internally and externally with different audiences
