About the Role
This role sits in the CEO Office, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth, and will work across the highest strategic priorities in the business. Vega is looking for multi-disciplinary A players who have what it takes to build a business from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Context-switch across strategy, go-to-market, operations, external comms, special projects, and investor relations
- Own projects from Day 1, including representing Vega externally
- Sit in the CEO Office, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Growth
- Work closely with the Product & Growth and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in MBB or finance/investing at a Tier 1 institution, with a clear spike in strategic thinking
- High standards of excellence for themselves
- Risk tolerance and ambition to go beyond the comfort zone and structure of a larger institution
- Low ego, and a willingness to get stuck in
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to think and explain complex concepts and communicate them internally and externally with different audiences
