About the Role

We are seeking experienced corporate lawyers to join our growing Private Markets team in London or Bristol. The successful candidate will advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate advisory for premium clients across our core sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value, and high-profile transactions, often with an international element, in collaboration with partners and associates internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory for premium clients across our core sectors.
  • Work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile transactions, frequently with an international element.
  • Collaborate with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE.
  • Strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm.
  • Experience of working with clients within the Asset Management & Investment Funds sector is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team.
