About the Role

We are seeking experienced corporate lawyers to join our growing Private Markets team in London or Bristol. The successful candidate will advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations, and corporate advisory for premium clients across our core sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value, and high-profile transactions, often with an international element, in collaboration with partners and associates internationally.

Collaborate with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years PQE.
Strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm.
Experience of working with clients within the Asset Management & Investment Funds sector is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely.
Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team.
