About the Role
The Sales Outfitter provides counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms), ensuring a legendary experience for every customer by identifying needs, making recommendations, and promoting programs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Handle merchandise with care.
- Provide information, assistance, and direction to customers.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs.
- Make product recommendations based on customer analysis.
- Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and In Store Pick up.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
- Organize and maintain merchandise within the retail store for sales at the Gun Counter (non-Firearms).
- Replenish product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines.
- Remain a product expert through ongoing product knowledge training.
- Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales, maintain pricing and signing.
- Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
- Keep work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
