About the Role

As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will recommend loan solutions, manage customer relationships, and seek prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients. You will also be responsible for sales calls, developing loan solutions, referring products and services, and ensuring compliance through document review. This role involves managing the customer pipeline for efficiency and collaborating with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. You will collect and analyze customer financial information for complex borrowers.

Responsibilities

  • Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
  • Manages a portfolio of customer relationships.
  • Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Responsible for sales calls.
  • Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services.
  • Reviews documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Requirements

  • Candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
