About the Role
The Integration & Separation Manager leads client engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle, providing strategic guidance on integration, separation, and operational planning for both buy- and sell-side deals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, evaluating transitional service agreements and synergies, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize deal value.
Responsibilities
- Manages integration and separation engagements across pre-close planning and post-close execution.
- Structures engagement workplans, timelines, and staffing models aligned to transaction objectives.
- Oversees development of integration and separation deliverables, including readiness assessments and execution plans.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for client workstreams and supports issue resolution.
- Collaborates with cross-functional advisory teams to deliver integrated Deal Services Advisory solutions.
- Coaches and develops supervisors and senior associates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6–11 years of experience.
- Demonstrated project and team management experience.
- Experience supporting private equity or corporate transaction clients.
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Moderate travel, depending on engagement needs.
- Increased workload during execution phases.
- Flexibility to meet client timelines.
