About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Systems Service Engineer to service intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems to industry standards. The role requires exceptional technical knowledge and ideally experience with IP-based networks and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned annual maintenance and reactive response.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks.
• Complete work reports and client recommendations accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in the Electronic Security industry.
• Experience with IP-based networks and security systems.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Customer focus with effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Central London.
• Ability to undertake a basic or enhanced DBS check.
