About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain PPRO's ICP through data analysis of Salesforce, product usage, and transaction data.
- Identify high-performing customer segments and establish processes to refine the ICP model.
- Determine key data sets and signals indicating customer fit for business drivers.
- Translate ICP findings into targeting criteria for campaigns, lead scoring, account planning, content creation, and launch plans.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate target lists based on ICP and objectives.
- Own the sales enablement toolkit, including battlecards, decks, technical FAQs, and training, using win/loss data.
- Keep enablement assets current using AI and hands-on work.
- Conduct recurring win/loss analysis by triangulating CRM data with sales and customer conversations.
- Track sales engagement with enablement assets and measure their impact on conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Partner with marketing to ensure consistent ICP application across all activities.
- Feed quantitative win/loss insights and asset utilization data back into product marketing for strategy refinement.
- Support wider go-to-market needs, including market research, positioning roll-out, and launch planning.

- 5+ years in product marketing or GTM, ideally in B2B fintech or payments.
- Proven track record of building or substantially refining complex ICP from data.
