About the Role
This role is crucial to the success of our clinical team, requiring a skilled clinician, effective manager, and analyst passionate about providing quality mental health care and developing clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical supervision to full-time and fee-for-service (FFS) clinicians.
- Manage clinician caseloads for proper distribution and workload balance.
- Analyze staff productivity and review key metrics to improve efficiency.
- Run and correct reports, including identifying and resolving overlapping appointments.
- Coordinate and assist with the delivery of multiple services within our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model.
- Review candidate applications and participate in job placement interviews.
- Assign clinicians, co-facilitate staff meetings, and lead the onboarding process for new team members.
- Review and update the agency's list of top 50 high-utilizer clients and develop strategies to meet their needs.
- Assist with data analytics to support the clinical team's decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with administrative aspects, including submitting Fee-for-Service timesheets.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Preferred full licensure, active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, etc.).
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing and interpreting clinical and productivity data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CCBHC standards and operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with fiscal management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
- Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records.
- Previous experience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settings.
- Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field, preferred.
- Capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long periods of time.
- Able to work in open space floor plan.
- Capable to move throughout work day.
- Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet.
- Able to move in tight spaces.
- Occasional lifting of >15 pounds.
