About the Role
The Mopar Parts and Service Technical Advisor serves as a liaison between Stellantis and dealerships, providing technical assistance and operational consultation to enhance service and parts performance, resolve issues, and improve customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone and in-dealership technical assistance
- Troubleshoot and solve final repair attempt situations
- Represent Stellantis as subject matter expert (litigation/buybacks)
- Manage dealership technical training requirements
- Provide support for C.A.G. / Engineering / proving grounds requests
- Recall and Rapid Response (RRT) follow up and reduction
- Act as quality feedback liaison
- Provide dealership consultation on repair service agreements and facilities inspections
- Provide dealership consultation on tools/equipment/facility
- Provide dealership consultation on customer experience and improved Fixed First Visit
- Provide dealership consultation on repair shop process improvements and proactive business planning with a focus on the customer
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excel in building positive working relationships, customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
- Required to travel domestically (61-80%), 50% overnight travel
