About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on staying active, leading by example, and maintaining a strong security presence in a retail environment. You will oversee operations at a busy shopping center.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a small on-site security team
- Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center
- Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations
- Respond promptly to incidents, escalate when needed, and complete reports
- Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role
- Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Must have reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NY
- Must be available weekends and evenings
