About the Role
We sell signs, graphics, and vehicle wraps to businesses across the Austin Metro area. This role involves prospecting, conducting discovery meetings, and collaborating with the production team to close projects. No prior sign industry experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Make 50 to 100 outbound prospecting calls a week
- Visit 10 to 20 businesses in person, including neighbors of recently installed jobs
- Attend chamber and networking events
- Run discovery meetings, build quotes with the design team, and close deals
- Manage pipeline in CRM and own accounts post-sale
Requirements
- 2+ years in a role owning a sales number, in any industry
- Comfort making a high volume of calls and walking into businesses unannounced
- Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- CRM comfort and clear written communication
- Willingness to be coached

- $48,000 base plus uncapped commission
- First year earnings typically $55,000 - $65,000
- Second year earnings typically $70,000 - $85,000
