About the Role

We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Kitchen Team at The Lanesborough, a grand luxury mansion hotel renowned for its modern British dining and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent food offering, adapting to guest requirements.
• Consistently provide a high level of culinary experience.
• Ensure the team understands the menu and expectations.
• Develop team skills and effectiveness through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrate drive and passion for food and cooking.
• Proven track record in running a kitchen section.
• Exhibit excellent technical and natural cooking abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 certification is preferred, though not essential for commencement.
• Ability to perform manual handling and occasional heavy lifting.
