About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern, you will be at the heart of the Operations team, running real processes that the business depends on daily. You will gain exposure and coaching in finance operations, people operations, member communications, and office management, serving as a launchpad for your career.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting and reconciliation.
- Build relationships with suppliers and clients for smooth invoicing and payment processes.
- Oversee the spend management system and ensure data accuracy in accounting software.
- Administer team benefits platforms and contribute to employee engagement projects.
- Ensure smooth operation of the London office, including IT and general queries.
- Represent Bright Network to members via chat support and at events.
- Assist with various business areas as needed in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or current student seeking a 12-month contract or Industrial Placement.
- Eagerness to develop expertise in a high-performing, fast-growth business.
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively with a team.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Calm demeanor under pressure of competing deadlines.
- Confident and articulate communicator.
- Natural ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
