About the Role

We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Lanesborough Grill Team at The Lanesborough. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing attentive and personalised service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
• Build strong rapport with guests and anticipate their needs.
• Recommend, upsell, and promote drinks and menu items through knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with bartenders and colleagues to ensure smooth service and create memorable experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment is essential.
• Experience within a Michelin star restaurant is preferable.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• A second language would be preferred.
• Immaculate grooming standards.
• Preferably excellent knowledge of wine & food pairing.
• Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service.
• This role requires an element of manual handling.
• Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
