About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for creating the perfect first impression and providing exceptional service in a professional and efficient manner. You will play a key role in creating memorable moments by efficiently communicating guest preferences and relevant information with every department, aiming to create an environment that feels like home to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Cover various shifts and assist throughout the Front Office as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential.
- Experience in the luxury London market is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Skills
- Excellent command of the English language
