About the Role
Deliver a welcoming and seamless customer experience at the OVO Arena Wembley, supporting the Box Office Manager in driving ticket sales, engaging audiences, and ensuring every visitor’s journey is efficient, professional, and memorable. Flexibility to support wider venue operations is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth running and delivery of a show at OVO Arena Wembley.
- Ensure the Box Office is fully prepared for event days, maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
- Utilize ticketing systems to assist customers with a range of ticketing issues and reach a resolution in a timely manner.
- Work flexible hours across a seven-day week.
- Perform any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Box Office manager.
- Assist with adhoc Ticketing/Box Office duties outside of Show Shifts.
