About the Role

Collage Home & Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Business Development Liaison to develop and strengthen relationships with key referral sources in the Austin and San Antonio, Texas areas to support their Home and Community Services. This role is critical in promoting specialized neurological rehabilitation services to insurance and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with insurance representatives, nurse case managers, workers' compensation adjusters/payors, discharge planners, physicians, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Design and deliver presentations and educational materials about Collage's post-acute programs and outcomes.
• Strategically represent Collage Rehabilitation Partners at industry conferences, events, and meetings to raise awareness and drive referrals.
• Collaborate closely with Collage's internal clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or outreach, preferably in the healthcare, rehabilitation, or workers' compensation industries.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation systems and stakeholder roles.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a highly mobile schedule.
• Ability to travel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver industry and educational presentations.
• Internal communication with all levels of management required, including Admissions, Program Management, Case Management, Finance and Operations.
• External communication with insurers, case managers, physicians, risk managers, life care planners, attorneys, claims adjusters, discharge planners, families, survivors and other potential referral sources.
