About the Role

Project management for FAIReint, a project promoting fair and respectful behavior in city football. Implementation of FairPlay actions from the Berlin Football Association, including conceptual development of violence prevention materials and campaigns. Network building and collaboration with social organizations and the Senate Department for the Interior and Sport. Support for elected volunteers in the committee for social responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Project management for FAIReint, promoting fair and respectful behavior in city football.
  • Implementation of FairPlay actions from the Berlin Football Association (e.g., FairPlay Gesture of the Month, FairPlay merchandise).
  • Conceptual development and implementation of violence prevention materials, actions, and campaigns.
  • Network building and maintenance with social organizations and the Senate Department for the Interior and Sport.
  • Accompanying elected volunteers in the committee for social responsibility.
  • General support within the Social Responsibility department.

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational training in social sciences, social pedagogy, social work, pedagogy, psychology, criminology, sports management, project management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive demeanor, friendliness, helpfulness, teamwork, and service orientation.
  • Independent and goal-oriented work style.
  • Structured and conceptual thinking with a drive for development.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High affinity for football, ideally knowledge of the Berlin football scene.
  • Strong Berlin network in the socio-civic context.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
  • Ideally, experience working with volunteer committees.
