  • Steward the firm's brand identity and consistency across offices, service lines, and channels.
  • Lead brand strategy, messaging, visual identity, employer branding, and market positioning.
  • Oversee public relations, media opportunities, awards, rankings, and recognition programs.
  • Elevate thought leadership through articles, webinars, podcasts, speaking engagements, and industry publications.

  • Oversee website content, landing pages, conversion optimization, accessibility, and enhancements.
  • Manage the firm's presence across search, directories, social media, review sites, and digital advertising.
  • Use website and engagement analytics to identify improvements.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and best practices.
  • Lead scalable, efficient, measurable marketing operations aligned with business goals.
  • Own the administration, optimization, and roadmap for HubSpot CRM and related marketing technologies.
  • Improve workflows, automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Establish governance for CRM data quality, contact management, and database administration.
  • Build automated programs supporting client engagement, recruiting, events, and referrals.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies, AI solutions, and automation tools.
  • Partner with IT and vendors on integrations, data security, and system enhancements.
