About the Role
This role will define and own the agentic product surface at Peec AI, building agents that proactively act on customer data and scaling solutions from initial customers to a wider user base. The position requires a high bar on interface quality and collaboration with data scientists, AI engineers, and frontend engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic product surface at Peec AI, from the harness itself to the experience built around it
- Build agents that act proactively on customer data, alongside a pod of data scientists, AI engineers and a frontend engineer
- Work directly with our largest agency and brand customers, building specific agents for a handful of them first and scale it further to other users
- Turn what works for those first customers into product everyone can use
- Hold a high bar on interface quality
Requirements
- Have built an agent harness or a proactive agentic system
- Agent experience is in a B2B or prosumer context
- 3+ years building excellent software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company
- Real working experience alongside data scientists and AI engineers
- Strong customer-facing instincts
- Comfortable in the room with a large customer, scoping what they actually need
- High design and UI standards
- Operate with very little direction and are happy owning an entire surface on your own
- An engineering background, or code you have written that is running in production
- Previous founder experience
- Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products
