About the Role
Take 5 Oil Change is seeking customer-focused individuals to join their team as Assistant Shop Managers. This role offers paid training, opportunities for rapid advancement, and the chance to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and process payments.
- Assume the Shop Manager's responsibilities in their absence.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and restocking.
- Train new employees on company procedures and service standards.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other light auto maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, office, and restrooms.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position safely under vehicles.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
