About the Role
Join Huron as a Director and help healthcare organizations evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing environment, optimize business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive engagement across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions.
- Deliver remarkable results that meet or exceed specified engagement objectives.
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management.
- Construct enduring client relationships to drive additional project work.
- Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
- Train and develop Huron staff in project management and technical dimensions.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale Workday HCM platform implementations with an emphasis in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate client executives.
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
