About the Role
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up with support from a nationally recognized provider, focusing on leadership, operations, and patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a startup clinic.
- Have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Train and develop leadership and team development skills.
- Develop recruiting and interviewing skills.
- Manage clinic operations and financial management.
- Engage in community outreach and referral growth.
- Build culture and retain teammates.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Must be entrepreneurial and ready to build and lead a startup clinic.
- Must be willing to become an Equity Partner.
