About the Role

The Blender will manufacture a variety of dry powders within set specifications, ensuring the quality of blends, accurate completion of paperwork, sanitation of equipment, and meeting sample analysis requirements.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials for accuracy in quantity and lot information before blending.
• Add raw materials in the specified order per blending instructions.
• Discharge materials and powders into suitable containers and document the process.
• Follow blending instructions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Comply with all GMP policies.
• Accurately measure conversions and ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment according to GMP standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to use a calculator and other measurement instruments.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Flexibility for overtime is required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Ability to work autonomously and use available resources to complete tasks timely.
• Must comply with GMP requirements.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment.
• Must be able to clear drug screening processes, including testing for all illegal substances per Federal Guidelines.
