About the Role

As a relationship-first advisor, you will connect a customer's Mixpanel investment to real outcomes for a defined book of accounts. You will own the adoption and value plan for each account end to end, understanding customer needs, tracking ROI, and driving enablement and product usage. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, partner with sales and renewal teams, and develop a point of view on AI in product workflows. This role is for someone who can own projects end to end and extend their influence to the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the value plan for each account, connecting the business problem to measured outcomes.
  • Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to customer priorities.
  • Run discovery on customer priorities and pain points, translating insights into adoption plans and internal updates.
  • Partner with Account Executives on expansion and renewal counterparts on renewal execution, providing value case and adoption evidence.
  • Lead enablement sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to increase customer usage.
  • Monitor usage and health signals, leading business reviews to identify successes, deepen adoption, and mitigate risk.
  • Identify underused features and contracted capabilities, providing clear recommendations to customers.
  • Triage product questions and issues, resolving them directly or routing to the appropriate team.
  • Develop a point of view on customer AI maturity and leverage Mixpanel's AI to enhance product data utilization.
  • Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and share best practices with the Customer Value Architects team.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts, or equivalent experience.
  • Track record of managing relationships across diverse stakeholders, from business partners to technical teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (data models, product metrics) for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience turning product usage into a clear story about customer outcomes and ROI.
  • Comfort building and running adoption plans that tie daily work to customer goals.
  • Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use.
  • Collaborative approach to working across account teams and internal partners.
  • Good judgment for prioritizing accounts and actions.
