About the Role
Own relationships with small- and mid-market accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and driving retention and revenue growth for a fast-growing, globally trusted legal technology company.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with a portfolio of small/mid-market accounts.
- Drive product adoption and understand customer success metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Partner with product, support, and leadership to resolve customer issues.
- Create content and resources to enhance customer value.
- Develop actionable business plans aligned with customer goals.
- Own customer retention and identify potential risks.
- Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through cross-selling, upselling, and advocacy.
- Identify and address customer experience friction points proactively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software/tech in account management, customer success, consulting, training, or project management.
- Legal industry experience is a plus but not essential.
