About the Role
Lead a high-performing administrative organization supporting senior leaders, shaping team strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative culture. Oversee talent development, workforce planning, and operational execution while maintaining a strong controls environment. Partner with senior leaders to drive process improvements and support business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Administrative Assistants and Senior Admins, establishing clear expectations and service standards.
- Manage the administrative team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee capacity planning, coverage management, escalations, and operational support across business needs.
- Establish effective operating routines and stakeholder engagement processes to support consistent execution.
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Maintain a strong controls environment by identifying risks and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Partner with senior leaders and business partners to support strategic initiatives and organizational change.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business support, operations, administrative management, or a related leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing multi-level teams in a complex environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on risk management and controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience driving team performance, employee development, and operational excellence.
