About the Role
Tower Water is seeking a detail-oriented candidate passionate about water treatment and problem-solving to manage accounts in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and offering field-oriented guidance.
Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and monitor facility water management plans.
- Collaborate and liaise with water treatment and construction divisions.
- Serve as a point of contact among building facilities, vendors, and the department of health to reduce the risk of legionella in cooling water systems.
- Inspect cooling towers based on local legionella regulations.
- Collect and submit Legionella samples as planned or in response to emergencies.
- Create and supply documentation to clients to ensure satisfactory compliance status.
- Deliver training and assistance regarding water management plans.
- Inform clients about offered services.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with clients constructively.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS office suite including word, excel, google, maps).
- Basic "hands on" mechanical skills (using hand tools).

- Ability to manage tasks autonomously with supervision as required.
- Ability to meet and execute deadlines in a timely manner.
- Responsive, practical, and capable of good judgment and decision-making.
- Flexible and capable of performing the job under various circumstances, including last-minute schedule changes, exposure to the elements, and meeting client needs.
- Standing for 6-8 hours.
- Frequently carrying equipment with an average weight of 25 to 50lbs.
- Safely scaling ladders to access equipment.
- Ability to work in potentially hazardous environments involving dangerous chemicals, tight spaces, and varying temperatures.
- Willingness to commute to and from the New York Metropolitan area.

Salary/Compensations
- $62,355 to $65,000 based on experience
