About the Role
As a Working Student in HR Process Management, you will gain practical experience in building and continuously developing a company-wide HR process landscape. You will work at the intersection of process management, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence, contributing to process transparency, standardization, governance, and innovation within the HR department.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the HR process portfolio.
- Manage and structure process documentation and SharePoint content.
- Track measures, milestones, and activities within process governance.
- Assist with process reviews and quality checks.
- Support the preparation of community meetings, communication materials, and status reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong interest in process management and organizational topics.
- Initial experience in process design or documentation is advantageous.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Structured, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to drive topics independently.
