About the Role
As a Working Student in HR Process Management, you will gain hands-on experience in building and improving HR process landscapes, working at the intersection of process management, digital transformation, and AI. You will support the development of process documentation, governance structures, and AI-enabled ways of working within a team that drives process transparency, standardization, governance, and innovation across HR.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the HR process portfolio
- Manage and structure process documentation and SharePoint content
- Track action items, milestones, and process governance activities
- Support process reviews and quality checks
- Support the preparation of community meetings, communication materials, and status reports
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong interest in process management and organizational topics
- Initial experience in designing or documenting processes is a plus
- Very good German and English communication skills
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Confident in Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Proactive mindset and willingness to drive topics independently
